What presentation style did Simon Sinek use?

You are correct! Why?

Sinek is a remarkable speaker that makes an emotional connection with his audience both in what he say and how ie says it. Some may say his approach is that of a catalyst.  I say his approach is as an interpreter because he helps us understand (interprets for us) what it takes to be an effective leader - teaching us how great leaders inspire action.

His call to action . . . remember people don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it!  Share the "why"!
