Crafting a compelling presentation starts with clarifying and organizing your message. Once developed, step back and ask yourself the following four questions to ensure your message can be heard, understood and will achieve the results you are looking for:
- What is my unique perspective (core message)? Stated in one simple sentence.
- What are my 2 – 5 main points?
- Do I have evidence to support each main point?
- Do the transitions help listeners bridge ideas?

Absolutely fabulous! When I hear a presentation where the speaker did not have a unique perspective, or could not back it up with facts, then I feel I’ve wasted my time. I certainly never want my listeners to feel their time as been wasted listening to me.
