What presentation style did Nilofer Merchant use?

Correct

You are correct! Why?

Nilofer is on a mission, to get people walking and talking! Her premise? Fresh air invites fresh new ideas! She describes a problem and offers a solution and has a specific call to action -- get off your duff and out of the board room.
